If you consider to mandate our law firm, please use the contact form to get in touch with us and we will tell you the code word. The lawyer-client-relationship (Mandatsverhältnis) with our law firm is in any case subject to German material law, exclusively.

Email and telefax communication

Any email communication bears the risk of security holes. Emails which have been sent to us can be blocked and the email’s contents’s can be reviewed by experienced internet-users. If we receive email from you or if you have told us an email-address, we assume your agreement with our anwering by email.

In connection with the communication by telefax, our law firm uses so called online-telefax-services. This kind of transmission can also have the security holes of the aforementioned kind and of other kinds.

Should you are not willing to bear the risk of security vulnerability in connection with email and telefax communication, please expressively point to another kind of communication. Encoding of messages with common encryption programs (e. g. Pretty Good Privacy) will only be made after your expressive wish to do so and after our written confirmation.

Upon your request in single cases, we can tell you a special telefax-number which is one of the regular kind and for which the characteristics of the aforementioned kind do not apply.
